Rubber Grinding Unit

GEP ECOTECH's Rubber Grinding Unit is a complete processing system for crushing pre-processed waste tire rubber blocks, efficiently producing fine rubber powder with particle sizes up to 30 mesh.The line consists of a primary rubber breaker, vibrating feeding unit, dual-screen return separator, multi-stage magnetic separator, fiber separator, and negative-pressure conveying system. Through closed-loop crushing and separation, steel wires and textile fibers are fully removed, ensuring stable, high-purity rubber powder output for various industrial reuse applications.
