Tire Debeader

The Tire Debeader, a key component in a Tire Recycling Plant, is powered by an electric motor that drives the hydraulic system and cylinder to perform the bead separation process efficiently. The bead hook, connected to the cylinder rod, moves back and forth under hydraulic control. During operation, the tire is positioned at the pulling port, the hook extends into the tire's inner bead area, and engages firmly with the steel wire embedded inside. Once the start button is pressed, the hydraulic cylinder generates a strong pulling force that extracts the entire steel wire ring from the tire.

As the hook pulls and the pulling port applies counterforce, the rubber sidewall is simultaneously torn, resulting in the clean separation of the steel wire from the tire body. This process minimizes damage to the rubber and ensures high efficiency and consistency in bead removal, which is essential for waste tire recycling and further rubber processing.
