Project Objectives
Processing Capacity: 10 tons per hour
Planned recovery of the following recyclable components:
- Plastics and PET
- Paper and cardboard
- Ferrous metals
- Aluminium and other recoverable materials.
The remaining residual waste will continue to be disposed of at landfill sites.
This sorting line does not include RDF/SRF production, incineration, or pyrolysis processes; it focuses solely on physical recovery of recyclable materials.

Plant Configuration
For municipal solid waste projects that do not require RDF/SRF production or waste-to-energy processing, the system adopts a relatively simple configuration: Feeding System → Bag Opener → Trommel Screen → Magnetic Separator → Eddy Current Separator → Manual Sorting → Conveyors → Baling Press, this configuration avoids the need for complex downstream treatment equipment while meeting the requirements for recyclable material recovery and helping control both investment and operating costs.
