Fibrous Material Processing
The subsequent shredding of flax straw is handled by our robust Double-Shaft Shredder, specifically configured with anti-winding features to maintain consistent throughput and output size when handling long, tough fibers.
Fine Shredding
After metal removal, the material is finely shredded by the GXB Series Hammer Mill. Its high inertia rotor and extensive screen area ensure efficient reduction to a 10-50mm size range optimal for pelletization.
Pelletization
The process culminates in our Biomass Pellet Machine, which densifies the prepared feedstock into uniform φ6mm biomass pellets with high calorific value.
