Complete Recycling Process
1. Manual Pre-Dismantling
Operators remove compressors, wires, glass, rubber, and other hazardous components from the units before mechanical processing.
2. Primary Shredding
Refrigerators are shredded by a twin-shaft shredder with hydraulic pushers, reducing them into manageable strips.
3. Secondary Crushing
A vertical crusher crushes and liberates foam, plastics, and metals for easier separation, increasing bulk density for downstream processes.
4. Multi-Stage Separation
- Magnetic Separator – Removes ferrous metals
- Air Separation – Extracts foam
- Eddy Current Separator – Sorts non-ferrous metals from plastics
- Plastic Purification System – Optional upgrade to increase plastic and copper wire purity
5. Foam Compaction
Collected foam is compressed at a 4:1 to 6:1 ratio, reducing storage and transport costs.
6. Dust and Gas Treatment
Multi-stage dust collection with cyclone separators, pulse filters, activated carbon, and anti-explosion safety valves ensures clean and safe operation.
